Initiating a Return

Should you wish to initiate a return, you have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to send items back. Please get in touch with our customer service at support@brevixo.com within this timeframe to start the return process.

Guidelines for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, we ask our customers to review the following conditions:

  • Store credit is issued for items discounted by 25% or more from the original price.
  • Custom-made items are special and unique, hence we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. Store credit or refunds will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
  • Returns must be in their original condition – unused, unaltered, and in the original packaging. Remember to retain your proof of purchase.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method for items at their full price.
  • Store credit is provided for exchanges of items that meet our return criteria.
  • Brevixo does not cover the cost of return shipping nor provide return labels.
  • For a return to be processed, items must be returned in their original, untouched state.
  • Items ineligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or returned to you at your expense.
  • Gift card purchases and store credits are final and cannot be returned. Shipping fees and taxes paid are non-refundable.
  • Order cancellations are accepted only for items at full price and must be made within 60 minutes of order placement. Reach out to us immediately if you need to cancel your order. We process orders rapidly, so time is of the essence for cancellations.
